|Fiber to the Home and Electricity|
| EPICTOUCH services are delivered to your home or business through fiber optic cable. This delivery method requires a battery backup unit in the home. When electric power is lost at your home, the battery backup unit will provide electric power for phone service for up to 4 hours of talk time and 8 hours of standby time.If the battery backup unit is disconnected from the electrical outlet or losses electricity, Internet service may disconnect automatically to reserve the battery for your phone service.
Services cannot be activated at a location that does not have electrical service.
|Premise Wiring or other Issues|
|If support is needed for your home or business such as wiring, jack location, equipment setup, etc., then you can request support through EPICTOUCH at 697-2111, Mon-Fri , 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A fee will be charged for customer premise issues. Also, the Epic Touch store has many options for self-help and self-install.|
|If you experience a problem with your service, you can call 697-2111. During business hours, a Customer Service Representative (CSR) will request information about the problem and provide possible solutions. If a technician is required, the CSR will create a trouble ticket. A technician will call you within 24 hours to assist you with the trouble.During non-business hours, you can leave a support message on voice mail at 697-2111. A technician will call you and assist in determining the cause of the problem and the support options with related costs, if any, you would incur.|
