Your email account has been migrated over to your new EPICTOUCH  webmail platform.  You can access the upgraded webmail platform by logging in at https://userportal.epictouch.com. As part of the upgrade you now have 15G of storage space and more option for self-care of your email account and SPAM filtering.

The new App Portal interface gives users a one-stop web-based interface to find a link to your email, Spam filtering and several links to the new platform userguides to help make for a more user-friendly experience.

A new Spam Solution is part of this new email platform. You may have already received a “Daily Digest” email which shows the email messages the Greymail service has quarantined. If you have questions on this filtering, please see our SPAM FAQ. The userportal has a web link to the full SPAM filtering self-care site.

Some users have experienced issue related to server settings in their email client(Outlook, Thunderbird, Microsoft LiveMail, etc). If your email client is not sending email, you will want to verify the recommended settings.

As always, EPICTOUCH will not ask you to provide your login information or for you to verify your account information by an email message, website or from a phone call initiated by us.

If you need assistance, please refer to the userguides on the userportal page and/or call 620-697-2111.

Dear Email Subscriber,

EPICTOUCH is upgrading your email service by migrating to a new Webmail platform. With the new Webmail platform, you can look forward to online storage capacity of 15Gb and the option to personalize your SPAM filtering.

You will not be able to make changes to your email password or other account changes after 5:00 pm. on Thursday April 30th.  EPICTOUCH will start, on May 1st, syncing your existing server-based email over to the new platform with the final steps to take place on the evening of May 5th. You can, however, continue to send and receive email during this process.

On the morning of May 6th, you can find the new email system websites at http://faqkb.epictouch.com/.

Also, the first two notifications emailed to users are available at this site. They included some actions you may wanted to complete before May 5th.

One issue with the syncing of email servers is that some duplicate emails may appear in your new webmail inbox. You can simply delete these duplicate emails on May 6th.

We hope you enjoy the upgraded Webmail platform. As always, EPICTOUCH will not ask you to provide your login information or for you to verify your account information during this process. If you get a phone call or email asking for this information, do not respond.  If you have any questions or have issues, please check the website listed above and/or call 620-697-2111.

2nd Notification:  Sent to email account holders on April 24, 2020.

Dear Email Subscriber,

As we mentioned in a previous email, EPICTOUCH is preparing for a migration of your email service to an updated webmail platform.

To make it a smooth conversion for you, please take note of the following actions if you have not completed them already.

  • Know your account password so that you can login to the new webmail system after conversion.
  • On your mail client (Outlook, MacMail, Thunderbird, etc) or phone app, ensure that the username/userid field in the account settings section contain your full email address. This applies to devices including PCs, laptops, tablets & smartphone. After the conversion, using just your username in this field or using the legacy username@mail.elkhart.com may cause issues. As an example, an email user, Santa Claus has an email address of santaclaus@elkhart.com.  This full email address is his username/userid for account setup on an email client or when he accesses the new webmail website.
  • Export your webmail Contacts from the current webmail site –https://mail.elkhart.com. You will be able to import your contacts after the new webmail site is available on May 6th.

We are targeting the evening of May 5th for the migration to the new webmail platform with new services becoming available on the morning of May 6th. The http://faqkb.epictouch.com site will include additional information on accessing the new site and the related components.

As always, EPICTOUCH will not ask you to provide your login information or for you to verify your account information via an email message or from a phone call initiated by us.

If you have questions, please call at 620-697-2111.
