You can drop off your payment at the drive-up window at EPICTOUCH‘s main office(610 S Cosmos) or you can bring it into the ‘Main Street’ store (451 Morton). Each locations have Customer Service Representative to handle and receive your telephone, and broadband/internet bill from EPICTOUCH. They can also give you the details and balance of your account and supply you with receipts for you payments.

Customer Representatives are also qualified to help you make any alterations to your account such as adding or ending a service or filling out a trouble ticket for you.
